Contracting Committee
This Board Committee is responsible for oversight of MGO’s contracting process. The Committee recommends the financial parameters that should be pursued during the negotiation of clinically integrated contracts with third party payers. This Committee also recommends the administrative fee structure associated with third party payer contracts.

Credentials Committee
This Board Committee is responsible for establishing the criteria MGO uses to credential physicians. The Committee also makes recommendations for approval or disapproval of physicians who are being credentialed or recredentialed by MGO.

MGO Executive Committee
The Executive Committee is comprised of the officers of the Board of Managers and two additional Board members. The Committee provides leadership to management on the strategic and operational initiatives of MGO and MGO PR.

Peer Review Committee
This Board committee is responsible for establishing the peer review criteria and procedures MGO uses as part of the credentialing process as well as reviewing the performance of MGO physicians.

PLPP Board of Directors
The PLPP Board is structured to provide representation from physician owner/insureds. The Board consists of eight (8) Directors who are elected by the shareholders and serve staggered three year terms. The Board of Directors has full authority over the Company and the CEO reports directly to them.

Provider Network Development Committee
This Board Committee is responsible for evaluating MGO’s business needs as they relate to development of the physician network. The Committee makes recommendations to the Board with respect to which applicant physicians meet a business need for participation in the network. Successful applicants then advance to the Peer Review and Credentialing Committee processes.

Quality Enhancement Committee
This Board Committee is responsible for developing quality initiatives that will assist, support and facilitate MGO physicians in the provision of safe, effective, appropriate and satisfying medical care to their patients. The Committee is actively involved in developing and implementing the infrastructure that will be used to support clinically integrated quality improvement initiatives.

Risk Management Committee
This Committee serves both MGO and PLPP. It reports to the MGO Board of Managers (via the Quality Enhancement Committee) and the PLPP Board of Directors. The Committee is responsible for assisting MGO physicians and their practices in having actionable risk management strategies which will serve as tools to enhance patient safety and quality of care while decreasing the potential risk of financial loss from both an operational and legal perspective.
